Chris Rast recently recommended this article to me from the October edition of Seahorse Magazine, and I recommend everyone give it a quick read. In the piece titled Mood Shift, Rod Davis shares some insight into structure versus spontaneity in training, and the time to employ each. If you’re into this, and want to dive deeper into how to apply it to your campaign on a lot of different levels, I recommend picking up a copy of, The Lean Startup. Definitely worth a read!
