0900-1000 Arrive; Rig (masts up, kite rigged and sails ready) 
1000-1015 Warm up, & stretch.
1030-1230  • All ODP Presentation by Fuzz,  • Group 1: Willie Chalk talks (Group 1 people has already seen sail controls talk).    • Group 2: Sail controls by Fuzz, Classroom & on land.
1230-1300 lunch
1300-1600 On the water drills • Warm up – Rudderless sailing & circles around the buoys on the way out • Boat set up – Inside the wall • Tuning – Inside & Outside the wall • Moding – Outside the wall • Downwind – Outside the wall • Starting/Racing – Set up by the entrance (Focus on Strategy) 6 races (Minimum of 4 races)
1600-1700 Debrief.

0915-0930  Warm up, & stretch.
1000-1230  • All Module 1: Tactics & Strategy by Fuzz,  • Group 2: Willie Chalk talk 
1230-1300  lunch
1300-1600  On the water drills • Warm up – Rudderless sailing & circles around the buoys on the way out • Boat set up – Inside the wall • Starting/Racing – Set up by the entrance (Focus on Strategy) 12 races (Minimum of 6 races)
1600-1700  Debrief.
1700  Coaches Grade sailors for Level 2
